Community
Participating in regular rest days and practicing a well-balanced recovery routine can help
you reduce your risk for injury and promote the longevity of your fitness routine.
Services
It doesn't mean you shouldn't be active even though you have a rest/recovery day in your
schedule. Moving your dog around the block on a regular basis, as well as stretching and
foam rolling, are all great.
Convenience
This does not have to be the case. Your fitness level, your type of training and your
intensity will influence the length of your workout. The CDC recommends at most 30 minutes.
Lifestyle
You can also train to build strength by doing exercises using your body weight or resistance
band. Start with what you're most comfortable with and work up from there.
